1 Double Room available, with en-suite shower room, on the ground floor. All prices are for the room, and are valid for 2010. Please note that we normally request 2 nights minimum stay at week-ends.

• Double occupancy
£85 per night inclusive of breakfast, or £75 for the room only option

• Single occupancy
£59 per night inclusive of breakfast, or £54 for the room only option

• Family occupancy (the room is large enough for up to 4 people plus a baby)
£105 per night inclusive of breakfast for 3 people, £115 per night inclusive of breakfast for 4 people, plus £10 if you would like us to provide a travel cot and bedding (or you can bring your own for no extra charge). Contact us for the room only prices.

Well behaved pets are welcome for a small extra charge of £5 per pet per night, to a maximum of £10 per day.

We ask for a 50% deposit which you will need to send to our address, which can be found on the contacts page. Please note that we operate with a week's cancellation notice so the remainder will be due in full if you have to cancel within 7 days of your stay. Should you need to cancel beforehand, we are happy to offer a full refund of your deposit. For visitors from abroad who cannot send us a deposit we will take credit card details. Please note however that we do not currently accept card payment.

Payment in cash in Sterling or Euros, or by British cheque (made payable to S Pickard) accompanied by a valid banker’s card.
